Ingredients:
2/3 Cup Red Wine
1/3 Cup "Castella" Olive Oil
1 tsp. dried "Castella" Oregano
2 tsp. "Castella" Minced Garlic in Oil
1/2 tsp. "Castella" Balsamic Vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. "Orino" Honey
1/2 tsp. "Castella" Salt
1/2 tsp. "Castella" Ground Black Pepper
4 Loin Lamb Chops, 1 1/4 inches thick
Method:
Combine the first 8 ingredients ina large glass dish. Place lamb chops in dish in single layer. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours, turning every hour.
Prepare barbecue. Grill chops 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
Pair with a Greek Salad and crusty Semolina bread. Delicious!
