Ingredients: 4 Sirloin Steaks
3 Tbsp.
Castella Cracked Black Pepper
Horseradish Sauce: 2 Tbsp. Brandy
3 Tbsp.
Castella Beef Base
4 Tbsp. Cream
1 Tbsp. Horseradish
1/2 Tsp. Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Method: Coat the steaks on both sides with pepper, pressing it onto the meat. Cook on a hot, lightly oiled barbecue grill or flat plate for 5-10 minutes, until cooked to your taste.
To make the sauce, put the brandy and the beef base into the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Stir in the cream, horseradish, sugar and salt and heat through. Serve with the steaks cooked to your liking. Serve with a favorite vegetable, rice and or potatoes.
