Marinated Artichokes, sliced

Capers Non Pareil

Castella Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tsp
Rosemary Leavesto taste Coarse Salt
to taste Pecorino Romano Cheese
Directions:• Place a baking stone in oven and preheat to 475F for half an hour at least.
• Stretch the dough to your desired thickness, drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil, spread green olives, artichokes, capers, rosemary leaves, parmesan cheese and coarse salt.
• Baked until gold brown, shave some pecorino.
