Pizza with Artichokes and Capers


Ingredients:
Your Favorite Pizza Crust
1/4 cup Castella Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Green Pitted Olives, sliced
1/2 cup Marinated Artichokes, sliced
2 tbsp Capers Non Pareil
2 tbsp Castella Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp  Rosemary Leaves
to taste Coarse Salt
to taste Pecorino Romano Cheese

Directions:
• Place a baking stone in oven and preheat to 475F for half an hour at least.
• Stretch the dough to your desired thickness, drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil, spread green olives, artichokes, capers, rosemary leaves, parmesan cheese and coarse salt.
• Baked until gold brown, shave some pecorino.
